Here at Palmetto Music Therapy Services, we believe in the power of sharing the gift of music. We are so fortunate to share the impact of music therapy on our clients and their families by participating in a wide variety of local events.

Our annual events include the Charleston Walk for Autism, Village Vision 5k, SPARK in the Park, and our very own Holiday Community Caroling and Spring Showcase!
